BOOKING POLICY
Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
Payment & Identification:
Guests must settle any outstanding accommodation charges at the time of check-in.
A valid photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
A pre-arrival/check-in advance deposit is mandatory to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full accommodation fee.
Smoking Policy:
All apartments are designated as NON-SMOKING zones.
Violation of this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Designated smoking areas are available on the premises. For more details, contact the Facility Manager.
Guest Responsibility & Liability:
Guests are fully responsible for any damages, expenses, or losses incurred during their stay.
For group bookings, the primary guest listed in the reservation assumes liability for any unpaid charges by members of the group.
Complimentary Services:
Guests receive four bottles of complimentary mineral water upon arrival.
Dining & Assistance:
To place an order from our restaurant or request assistance, contact us via the mobile number provided on the center table and menu.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Valuables & Safety:
Guests are advised to store valuables in the safe provided in the apartment.
For further information on security and safety, consult the Facility Manager.
Agreement to Terms:
By remitting payment for this invoice, guests agree to and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy.
